THE OPPORTUNITY 

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Specialist in one of our clients, an award-winning and growing ERP business solution provider. Are you dynamic and agile, passionate, and apt at executing effective national and local marketing plans and campaigns in-line with overall business and marketing strategies.

Our client is a five-star cloud-based enterprise software company, servicing industry leading businesses across Australia and New Zealand. They offer full-service capabilities including solution design, implementation, support and training, including in house apps and integration to pioneer digital transformation for business.
  
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with Business Development Managers and Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to conversion. LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation, support the establishment and execution of lead generation marketing activities, acting as a key support for Sales to drive lead conversion.
  
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, creating effective marketing strategies, and ensuring timely execution to drive demand generation. You will be working across a range of channels including digital and offline.
  
You will lead:  

  • Campaign Strategies & Execution: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging industry insights to identify opportunities for demand generation.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Marketing to craft national and local marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Take a hands-on approach to implementing marketing plans across diverse channels, including digital (social media, email, website, ads) and offline (events, round tables), ensuring seamless execution.
  • Continuously assess and refine marketing strategies based on performance metrics, market trends, and stakeholder feedback to optimize effectiveness.
  • Maintain transparent communication with internal and external teams, providing regular updates on campaign progress to ensure timely execution and alignment.
  • Identify and explore new marketing channels while optimizing existing ones to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing activities to ensure alignment with lead generation and pipeline goals, providing actionable insights for performance enhancement.
 
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE THIS
  • Act as the point of contact for event coordination, managing stakeholders and crafting promotional materials to ensure successful event execution.
  • Support the wider marketing team in managing and scheduling marketing assets for various channels, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with key technology partners and customers to develop co-branded campaigns, content, and events, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and leveraging each other's networks.
  • Lead the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in alignment with the ABM strategy, tailoring messaging and content to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the conversion of marketing qualified leads down the sales funnel, optimizing processes to improve overall conversion rates.
  • Assist in conducting initial outreach for incoming leads, providing support to the sales team in lead nurturing and conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure effective lead conversion and customer engagement, supporting long-term partnerships and customer upsell efforts.
  • Demonstrate dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering trust and respect through consistently delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Communicate openly and effectively across various settings and styles, nurturing partnerships with colleagues and customers through empathy and responsiveness.
  • Adapt seamlessly to changing circumstances while maintaining excellence in performance, comfortably handling risk and uncertainty to drive success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing or sales role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing demand generation activities.
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and customer buying cycles.
  • Confident communicator to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and analyse key performance metrics.
  • Marketing automation software experience, preferably HubSpot
