Marketing Specialist & Admin Assistant

Location: Must be Central Coast based (Mostly work from home and meeting with the CEO 2-3 times a week in an informal setting). This is a full time position however a 4 day work week will be considered.

Limitless Venture Capital is seeking a highly organised and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our CEO/Founder in the growth of various brands across the e-commerce, logistics, property, and finance industries. This is a full time role however a 4 day working week could be considered.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO/Founder.
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements, considering the global nature of the businesses.
• Personal requests as required.

Marketing Expertise:

• Utilise your marketing experience to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives across diverse industries. With particular focus on email marketing, social media, and websites (Shopify).

Business Growth:

• Work closely with the CEO/Founder on projects spanning e-commerce, logistics, property, and finance.
• Play a pivotal role in tasks required to achieve optimal performance across these growing businesses.

Learning Opportunity:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant, supporting high-level executives.
• Strong background in marketing with a deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in diverse environments.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience.
• Demonstrated success in supporting marketing initiatives across diverse industries.
