Job Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work with our Marketing Manager to implement cross functional tactics across our various customer touch points, working closely with partners to enhance our brand presence both online and offline. We are seeking a creative and data-driven professional who can leverage their expertise to take our marketing efforts to new heights.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years in marketing, preferably within ecommerce.
- Proficiency with Shopify.
- Proficiency with Klayvio (or similar email marketing platform)
- Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and Meta Ads
- Passion for skincare and a strong interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Website Management:
- Utilise the Shopify platform to manage the Clinic websites.
- Create visually appealing banners, update product pages, and ensure the website reflects the latest offerings.
2. Advertising Campaigns:
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Regularly check ad performance, ensuring campaigns are switched on and working.
3. Email Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with business objectives, target audience preferences, and industry best practices using Klaviyo.
4. Content Creation/Social Media Management
- Working with influencer clients to film treatment content in clinic.
- Curating content for planned and reactive social media posts.
5. Collaboration with Marketing Agency:
- Coordinate with the external marketing agency through weekly meetings.
- Communicate goals, provide feedback, and ensure a cohesive strategy across all marketing channels.
6. Campaign Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for future product launches, rebranding campaigns, and the introduction of new treatments.
7. Customer Service Management:
- Manage the customer service mailbox and phones, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Address customer concerns and provide information about products and services.
8. Order Processing and Inventory Management:
- Process, pack, and send customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate restocking activities.
