We offer courses in various fields such as community services, children services, leadership & management, automotive, carpentry, building and construction, commercial cookery and hospitality, and information technology.

About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work on full time basis with our company. The role involves a combination of strategic thinking, developing creative marketing strategies, effective communication, and data-driven decision-making to attract and retain students while enhancing the institute's reputation and impact in the education industry. 

Location: Cannington, WA

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on work experience and skillset)

Role: Full-time

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

·      Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and promote institute offerings. 

·      Analyse and evaluate current and future trends of students in the international market. 

·      Develop and manage the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively. 

·      Advise on creation of e-flyers, product newsletters and blog contents.

·      Develop marketing collateral and new promotional tasks for social media such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.

·      Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote various training programs, courses, and workshops. 

·      Undertake qualitative and quantitative market research. 

·      Provide insights and market intelligence to the management on market conditions, pricing, course offering, scholarship grants and competitor activity.

·      Analyse, review and advise on pricing strategies by performing market analysis to increase enrolment.

·      Establish strong partnerships with student recruitment agents.

·      Ensure that all marketing efforts adhere to relevant industry regulations, guidelines, and legal requirements, particularly in the education sector.

·      Offering guidance on all aspects of marketing and promotional mix. 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

·      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, or a related domain. At least 2 years of relevant work experience will substitute the requirement of qualification.

·      Minimum 1-2 years of Australian experience in marketing field is preferred.

·      Able to perform statistical marketing analysis.

·      Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation.

·      Experience in media buying, planning, strategy, and activation. 

·      Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
