Salary: $80,000- $100,000 AUD
The Opportunity:
First Page requires an experienced Marketing Specialist specialising in Paid Social who wants to work with big brands and a kick-ass team. You will be joining a specialised performance media agency that currently employs some of the best marketing minds globally. The collaboration and knowledge sharing between our talented team members is exceptional.
What you'll be doing:
- Track, measure, analyse and report the performance of multiple advertising campaigns, including creating detailed performance reports and proposing optimization strategies.
- Be the main point of contact for the Account Management team technical issues related to ad functions.
- Support our account management team to provide updates on missing assets for campaigns, campaign pacing, performance, and optimisation opportunities.
- Independently create campaigns in line with best practices.
- Ensure spend pacing is on track for all accounts (escalate any challenges well before the end of month).
- Monitor goals against targets and ensure targets are met (escalate any challenges well before the end of month).
- Learn how to independently onboard new clients (applicable to new joiners).
- Complete daily checks to ensure campaigns are running smoothly (e.g.: no ad disapprovals, campaigns running with correct objectives, poor performing campaigns / adgroups/ adsets/ ads/ keywords are paused).
- Optimize campaigns in order to continuously improve key metrics.
- Complete the reports at the required level with meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Ensure tasks are completed within the deadline.
- Pair up with junior or new members of the team to ensure they are following processes (e.g.: monitoring budget pacing, goal pacing, daily checks).
- Provide at least 1 training session per quarter on your specialism.
- Make recommendations on any new features and betas which the client can test and stay ahead by reading blogs and industry updates.
- Flag any performance issues with junior members of the teams. Senior members of the team can then prioritize feedback and monitor progress closely before issues escalate further.
- Ensure that all activity/workflow/time in logged and tracked in our CRM (SENTR)
- Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
- Minimum 3 years of proven Paid Social experience and success managing Paid Social Campaigns
- Ideally has strong e-commerce experience in Shopify or other platforms
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing with in-depth experience with bid management tools
- Strong understanding of Social techniques and best practices.
- Experience with a variety of content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating Paid Social reports
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
- Speed and ability to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.
