About the role**The Role: **
As a Marketing Strategist, you will focus on client communications, strategic planning, and data analysis to ensure the success of our clients' marketing campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships and delivering strategic insights to drive their marketing objectives.
We are seeking someone who can:
- Act as the key point of contract for a portfolio of clients across both e-commerce and service industries.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with overall campaign objectives and client expectations.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement in campaign results
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Work to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and strategic recommendations.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing Social Media, SEO and PPC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager.
