We’re seeking a talented and ambitious marketerto join the BeFound Digital team. Someone who takes ownership of the client’sgrowth strategy and works with the team to deliver. We will provide ongoingtraining for the right person.
TLDR on the role: You’ll be the lead for small portfolio of clients across bothdemand capture and demand creation campaigns. You’ll work across and haveownership over their strategic planning, marketing goals & KPI setting. Youwill be the one planning their marketing programs & budgets, as well as planningand launching new experiments all the way to consistent revenue drivers fortheir businesses.
You will be challenged to become a betteroverall marketer, not just a platform specialist.
You'll be hands on in relation toexecution, while running a small but growing team of marketing executives-Paid Searchand paid social. You also have access to a part time graphic designer and videoeditor.
You will have the ability to grow your teamover time. And promotion opportunities beyond that for the right person.

The role
As a performance Marketing Team Lead, youwill be supported by the marketing director in delivering exceptional outcomesfor your clients.
What you'll do at BeFound Digita
Paid Media CampaignManagement: Plan, test, implement, and measuremulti-channel media campaigns to generate demand for your clients. Performaudience research to develop new campaign ideas for Paid Search and paidsocial. Manage day-to-day performance across several marketing programsincluding Google Ads (Search/Display/Video), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse performance data and report on results, including campaignresults, data stories and spend recommendations. Rapidly iterate and execute onnew campaign opportunities based on findings.
Budget management andpacing: Effectively allocate and pace media spendacross the channels that you manage to drive business results for your clients.
● Client Management: communicate regularly with clients, present reports, presentations& other client facing materials to showcase the results and impact of yourefforts.
Collaborate with SEO & creative teammembers to share insights, align on delivery and produce optimal outcomes.
You Need
- Overall, 5+ years’ experience in relatedmarketing roles, with 2-3+ years demonstrated experience building & optimisingpaid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B/professional services/service basedB2C environment.
- Analytical mindset and proven track recordin making data-driven decisions to improve performance and determine future channel/campaignopportunities. Ability to identify trends & insights through in-depth dataanalysis.
- Google Ads & Analytics certifications preferred.
- Experience in building & managing adcampaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta. Experience in other platforms is aplus but not required (YouTube, Bing, Twitter, Reddit, Capterra, etc.)
- Familiarity with how digital ads are servedand tracked using pixels, URL parameters (UTM codes).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
- Demonstrated ability to track campaignperformance across multiple channels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.
- Strong organisation & multi-taskingskills and the ability to consistently evaluate priorities with attention todetail.
- Adept at juggling multiple projects at oncewhile never losing sight of goals and timelines.
- Effectively communicate expectations toteam members in a timely and clear fashion.
- Resolve and/or escalates issues in aproactive manner, to adhere to campaign delivery goals.

Salary & Benefits
Target salary range for this role is $90,000- $100,000 + Super.
