Key Responsibilities:
- Taking phone and email orders
- Assisting customers with product enquiries
- Chasing up invoices
- Preparing EDMs and social media content
- Maintaining product database and inventory system
- Assisting with catalogue design
Who You Are:
- A professional & friendly approach to customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel)
- Fluent English
- Experience with Adobe Indesign is highly desirable

This is a full time (Monday-Friday) role based in Alexandria NSW 2015. However, we may be able to accomodate someone willing to work 4 days per week.
