Tasks & responsibilities:
- Assist with running the agency front of office, receiving calls and inquiries.
- Assist the Property manager with inspections and reporting
- Meeting and Greeting Clients
- Assist the Sales Agents when running open houses and inspections
- Assist the Sales Agents with lead generation.
- Prepare and distribute sales marketing materials and reports
- Maintain and update the companies databases,
- Generate management reports and market information.
- Implementation of the business Marketing strategy, including social media, website and print media
- Assist the business owners to manage some retail shops and scheduling of routine property inspections
- Assist the Business owner with Managing some commercial shops and with Projects.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
Qualifications & experience required:
- Certificate of Registration - Real Estate
- Australian Permanent Residency or Long Term Work Visa
- Minimum 1-2 Years Experience in Real Estate
- Drivers license and own car
- Ability to quickly learn, using technology and tools of a modern Real Estate office
