Yoga and / or Mat Pilates Instructors – Avanti Southport
We are seeking experienced Pilates Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate/s will have a passion for working with older adults and promoting a healthy lifestyle. This role involves teaching group classes, providing individualized instruction, and creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for our members.
Primary Purpose of Position
- Deliver Mat Pilates group classes for the over 50’s members of Avanti Southport.
- Develop and lead safe and effective Pilates classes for individuals over 50
- Provide individualized instruction and modifications for members with varying fitness levels and abilities
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
Essential attributes:
- Certified Pilates Instructor
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and motivating atmosphere
- CPR and First Aid certification
Desired attributes:
- Cert IV in Personal Training
- Ausactive membership.
