The opportunity:
As a Senior Account Director at M&C Saatchi you will be responsible for leading vital client relationships and driving day-to-day communications for integrated campaigns. Manage Integrated, Digital, Social, Content, and Branding projects, influencing beyond traditional boundaries. Foster collaboration with Brand Strategy, Creative & Design, and Integrated Production teams for seamless innovation.
A snapshot of what you'll do:
- Gains deep understanding of the client’s business to deliver over and above projects
- Consistently seeks out ways to add value to drive client business and success
- Strategically lead key client relationships and fully integrated campaigns, leveraging best use of disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital
- Generate strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking that challenge the client’s status quo
- Lead projects internally and oversees workflow, resolving issues as appropriate Innately understand the client's business and seeks ways to add value to drive the client business in terms of creative product, market share and brand recognition
- Monitors the health of the account team and ensures that resource is appropriate and profitable

Your ideal experience:
- Previous experience working in Account Director or Senior Account Director roles (in Account Management, Project Management or Marketing roles within an Agency environment)
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment, managing teams of 3 or more people
- Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and Comms projects, especially focused on the Financial Services or Insurance category
- In-depth knowledge of Communications projects: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile
