QSC&VResponsibilities
- I support the ROIP cycle including the implementation and execution of any action plans.
- I utilise shift management evaluation tools to effectively identify
QSC performance issues on my management teams shifts.
- I comply with all McDonald’s food safety minimums including the completion of daily and monthly food safety checklists.
I identify opportunities to coach my employees on the correct food safety procedures.
- I create a Macca’s Experience culture and exhibit the required behaviours for the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
I create succession plans for long-term business success, and people development.
- I actively seek out opportunities to coach and develop my management team.
I identify and take action to resolve performance opportunities and conduct six monthly management performance reviews.
- I hold regular manager meetings to ensure we remain focused on restaurant goals, as well as providing business updates and recognising individual high performers.
- I effectively create management schedules that adhere to the management rostering principles.
- I am responsible for achieving all people minimums to meet the requirements of legislation
- I conduct weekly department catch ups with each of my department managers.
I work with them to ensure system targets are clearlyidentified, communicated and achieved within the restaurant.
- I achieve restaurant profit and growth through the ongoing monitoring of budgets; developing strategies and plans to effectively and appropriately respond to trends.
- I utilise restaurant metrics and reporting data to assess progress against goals and identify actions if required.
SALESResponsibilities
- I create and build a restaurant business plan to grow sales through increased guest counts.
- I understand my local competitors and strategically create an effective local store marketing plan.
- I lead the successful implementation of new operating platforms and business initiatives to deliver on the brand promise.
- I identify ways to connect and build relationships with the wider community to support the McDonald’s brand.
