These roles will suit professional, highly motivated, operations focused applicants who have previous McDonald’s Management experience who are focused on the delivery of McDonald's Standards, have the ability to motivate a team & also have fun along the way!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shift Management, overseeing all staff and daily operations
- Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work
- Daily Stock control
- Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
- Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times
In addition, if applying for a Restaurant Manager role you will also have these Responsibilities:
- Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant
- Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures
- Ability to achieve financial budgets

- Holds a valid Australian Drivers License and have access to a car.
