Reporting to the Technology Supervisors, the MCG Technician is responsible for the installation, and ongoing support of the MineStar Technology products, installed on Caterpillar and other Manufacturers equipment. This is your opportunity to work with various Caterpillar MineStar solutions as a MCG Technician providing high levels of customer service to both internal and external clients, while supporting WesTrac to achieve customers satisfaction goals, overall relationship development and dealership growth. Successful candidates will undertake both on the job and technical training throughout your onboarding period.
