Australian Organic and Natural Meats is a partnership between two long-standing farming families. Both have been heavily involved with the Organic movement and continue to push the growth of the industry. AOM Group have expanded from humble beginnings to encompassing a large supply of organic sheep and cattle through a network of trusted producers around Australia.
Currently AOM Group are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is willing to work and contribute to a fun and vibrant team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with contract freight forwarders to generate shipping documents
- Generate and collate export docs to delivery deadlines
- enter data for accounting requirements
- generate and issue invoices
- reports to Business Manager
The successful candidate will possess the following skill set:
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Excel
- Requires initiative and ability to organise, together with spread sheeting skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as on their own
- Attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- Understanding of Quality Assurance programs advantageous
- some skills in accounting software viewed favorably
- Previous logistics experience advantageous but not essential
