At Tasman Butchers we recognise the importance of providing exceptional quality value-add products including our own in-house flavoured sausages, burgers and  chevaps.  Due to an increase in the demand for our products we have an immediate vacancies for a fulltime and casual labourers in the Meat Production department of our store.

We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude, strong willingness to learn and above all a love for producing exceptional quality products that will ultimately delight our customers.

The Role:

As a Labourer your duties will be working alongside our trades qualified butchers preparing bulk meat products using a range of machinery including mixer/mincers,  cryovac and wrapping, weighing and pricing machines.  You may also be required to box and strap products ready for storage.

• A passion for food and working in a production type environment,
• Great communication skills,
• Excellent presentation,
• A strong work ethic and be highly motivated, and
• The ability to work collaboratively with others.
