Mechanic / Mobile Plant Technician

Forks 4 U PTY LTD are seeking a reliable Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter to join our Moranbah team.

Operating hours;  Monday 7.30am to 4.00pm  &  Tuesday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm. May be occasional requirement to work outside of normal business operating hours.

Attractive hourly rate + super + personal leave + annual leave – Fully maintained company vehicle, phone supplied

Tasks will be predominately of onsite repairs/service, with support from our Mackay based workshop. Immediate Start

• Experience working with Forklifts and/or diesel and petrol engine 
• Carry out Maintenance/Repairs on FORKS4U hire fleet and retail customers
• Hydraulic & Auto Electrical knowledge
• High level diagnostic ability/ experience
• MR License and Forklift License desired but not required
• Possess a positive work ethic, show enthusiasm  
• Work safely in all environments
• Be able to work in a team environment and unsupervised
• Over time repairs when approved by management
• Fit and healthy as there will be some lifting involved 
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Manual Driver’s license
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic Reading and writing skills
