AddressByford Equipment are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Moama.
Reporting to our Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for design, development, implementation and testing of mechanical equipment.
To be suitable for this position, you must possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- demonstrated experience with CAD software; AutoDesk Vault & Inventor
- technical aptitude to pick up use of computer systems (M1)
- ability to interpret and implement Australian Standards and design regulations in collaboration with Compliance team
- keen focus on process improvement and ability to identify and communicate new and innovative ideas
- high level of adaptability, resilience, and attention to detail
- ability to effectively plan and organise resources
- strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with others
A background in manufacturing and/or road transport industries will be highly regarded.
This is a permanent full time role, however, ABN-holding contractors will be considered.
