The Opportunity
Our client BOC Gas and Gear is a leading global gases and engineering company that supply gasses and equipment to many sectors including heavy industry and medical environments. They are looking for a 2nd or 3rd year Mechanical Fitter Apprentice to join the team.
While working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will work in the workshop and at customer sites, installing gas pipes, servicing, and installing food preparation/freezer equipment, servicing BOC owned and customer owned gas equipment, conducting customer gas purges and rebuilding.
Undertaking this four-year apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Mechanical Fitter and you will earn your MEM30219 Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade.
This role is based in Wetherill Park.

We are ideally looking for a technically minded individual who is interested in completing training and has completed the first year of your apprenticeship.

- Be prepared to work overtime.
