KH Equipment Pty Ltd is a wholly-owned Australian manufacturer of air starters, and exclusive distributor of Ktech suspension, located in Melbourne. We are searching for a meticulous fitter & Turner to join our busy facility as we continue to expand.
In this permanent full-time position, you will be reporting to the service manager, covering a wide range of duties including Assembly and servicing of Our Austart Air Starter motors, machine operation, manual handling, while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and always adhering to WHS guidelines.
We are looking for a qualified fitter & Turner, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic with a proven track record.
Duties will include:
- Assembly of new Air starters
- Servicing of our remanufactured Air starters
- Spray painting
- Shaft straightening
- Milling and Turning
- Maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Factory maintenance etc
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping.
Required skills:
- Qualified Fitter & Turner

The position is full-time (38 hour week) 7:30 am start. Some over-time available.

Salary: From $32.00 per hour
