Due to continued growth, we are seeking expressions of interest from MECHANICAL FITTER
with fixed plant experience to join our team for current and future opportunities.
These roles are full-time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career in the tools and as a leader.
What we offer:
- On Monday to Friday (48 hours per week).
Location: Kwinana - Perth

Pay for all your training required for the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, installation, fault finding, and repairs independently on assigned plants and equipment within the refinery.
Diagnosing and recommending repair methods.
Attending breakdowns and performing preventative maintenance on fixed plant equipment.
Ensuring all work is performed following site health, environmental, and community policies, systems, and procedures.
Continuously improving plant stability by identifying and eliminating of equipment failures and identifying improvements in planned preventative maintenance regimes.
Demonstrated ability to safely work as an individual and within a team environment.
A focused commitment to safe work practices and compliance with site policies and procedures.
Inspections and housekeeping.
Working with the Planning Team to assist in plant reliability improvement.
Selection criteria:
Essential
Demonstrated experience in fixed plant maintenance
Trade qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter or engineering mechanical.
Desirable
Current Australian Driver's License (Manual)
Confined Space with Gas Testing
Working at Heights
Australian Work Rights
National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)

Employment Type
The position will start with a probationary 3-month period, after which a full-time position will be possible.
