The Role:
Kempe Portland are actively seeking experienced Fulltime or CasualMechanical Fitters and Boilermakers with workshop and fixed plant experience. The positions will be located in either our Portland workshop or our clients sites within the Portland region with our existing Kempe Maintenance teams, delivering quality repairs to all various types of fixed plant equipment and mechanical fault finding.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Australian recognized trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or Engineering Fabrication or equivalent
- Solid understanding and awareness of HSE requirements, responsibilities and obligations
- Fixed plant installation experience preferred
- EWP, WAH & Confined space certificates or willing to attain
- An ability to proactively work in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and team working skills
- Work autonomous within a dynamic and flexible team
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical
- Current driver’s license
