Mechanical / Mechatronics / Hydraulics Junior Engineer - Mackay

An exciting new opportunity exists for a Junior Engineer to join an innovative international company as part of the engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Manager.  The successful candidate will work within a friendly and flexible office environment and be part of interesting and innovative projects.  

This position has excellent career opportunities with ongoing internal training provided for the right candidate.

Primary responsibilities will be project management, 3D Inventor drawings & Autodesk Mechanical.

To be considered for this role you, must meet the following requirements:

• Tertiary Mechanical or Mechatronics qualifications
• Previous project management experience
• Exposure to Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Mechanical, preferable
• Previous experience in the hydraulics industry preferable but not essential
• A pro-active, can do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running
• Must be willing to get fully emersed within projects
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Confidence in a sales environment liaising with customers and suppliers in the field
• Australian citizenship
• Complete all documentation and tasks in line with policies and procedures of the Company Quality Management System
• To actively support the Company's WHS program by carrying out the necessary tasks as directed by the management team and/or the WHS representatives as outlined under Workplace Health and Safety legislation
