Starting hourly rates of $38.15 per hour. 15% shift loading is additional on afternoon shift, 30% shift loading is additional on night shift.

We’re looking for qualified tradespeople to join the team as a Mechanical Shift Tradesperson.
Trade qualified fitter and turners are preferred; however, mechanics and boilermakers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to safely and efficiently carry out repair and PM work across the Jubilee Sawmill Site.
You will have:
- Experience in maintenance fitting & machining work or relevant trade experience
- Ability to prioritise & act with a sense of urgency to achieve plant uptime targets
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively independently or in a group
- Willingness to continually learn
Working an 8-hour rotating 3 shift (Monday to Friday) roster. Weekend work and shift coverage may be required.
The Mechanical Shift Tradesperson should also be open to mentoring our apprentices, and must have a professional, positive, can-do attitude. Skills are important; however, the right attitude is essential.
