Exciting times are ahead at our specialised workshop as we continue to expand and take on new challenges. We have a permanent opportunity for a Mechatronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will report into our Engineering Manager and Project Director, based down the hill out our Ventia Withcott Facility. You will get to work with a great team in a thrilling environment. We believe in creating a work environment that fosters growth and development. This role is suitable for someone who is looking to grow their experience within the Oil and Gas industry. This is a fulltime role, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities will include and not be limited to:
You will be involved in a varied and engaging scope of work, encompassing project tasks and testing across a blend of mechanical and electrical equipment for upgrades, retrofits, and new custom designs for drilling and well servicing rigs.

About you:
- Relevant qualifications in Mechatronics
- Experienced user of Solid Works 3D modelling/ drafting or Inventor 3D modelling/ drafting
- Prior experience in oil and gas or agricultural industries is advantages.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with office, trade and site personnel.
- Strong knowledge with Excel and the Microsoft suite
- Ability to work in a close team environment
