Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supporting the client (Coles 360) from a data, analysis, and Media Insights perspective. Measuring the success of media campaigns, you will provide recommendations on how to improve and optimise future campaigns.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Using Circana proprietary software (Coles Synergy) to mine data, and provide analyses that provide an effective solution to client challenges
Building customised reports and share with Coles via presentation or through the Coles Synergy platform
Interpreting reports and providing insights on campaign effectiveness and key implications
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at Coles
Providing support and training to Coles on how to best utilise the Coles Synergy platform
2+ years' experience in media analytics or similar
Strong understanding of retail media programs
Experience with analytical concepts related to media measurement and consumer segmentation
Knowledge and experience with analysing scan, shopper, or customer data
Exceptional client service consulting skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Proven ability to influence and motivate others
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and plan effectively
