The Brisbane Clinical Neuroscience Centre (BCNC) is a thriving multi-specialist practice proudly providing patient-centred care to adults and children with brain and spine disease.
About the role
We want to foster a collaborative team environment and are devoted to empowering our team to provide exceptional patient care.
Successful applicants will perform all aspects of medical reception work involved in the patient pathway: appointment management, theatre bookings, phone calls, typing and correspondence, and concierge activities to optimise the patient experience.
Skills and experience
A minimum 2 years' industry experience would be advantageous. Experience with Genie or a similar software program is desirable. Applicants also require:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as having the initiative to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient typing and computer skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
