About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate go-getter to join our Wembley Clinic as a Medical Administrator on a Casual basis.

The Medical Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and communications to our referrers and radiologists in relation to patient information and report access. This position will provide support to our dental team in the maintenance of our www.orad.com.au site.

You will:

• Accurate data entry of patient scans and information to support our dental reporting team through our www.orad.com.au website.
• Assist in administering the PACs system eg. enter personal details into the PACs system.
• Download and upload patient information and scans in to various systems.
• Contact referrers to confirm details.
• Troubleshoot any Radiologist or referrer issues with access and visibility of reports.
• Assist in managing the reporting worklist.
• Provide support to the local Management team.
• Provide additional patient administrative support, where required.

About You

Alongside your excellent attention to detail, high-level problem solving ability, and ability to think outside of the box, you have administration experience and are looking for your next challenge!

You also have:

• Experience in the dental industry is desirable but not essential. 
• The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• A go-getter attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and give everything 100%.
• The ability to manage relationships using high level interpersonal skills.
• A valid Driver’s Licence and have willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite.
