About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join the team. The position is within the Referrer Help Desk team, which is responsible for helping solve any problems our referring customers/specialists may have, such as setting up accounts, accessing images and reports, and putting them in contact with our own Doctors.
This role is predominantly phone based; you will be provided a thorough training program for you to learn the complexities of the role.
