We are currently recruiting for a QRA Administrator - Casual (3-month period). Reporting to the QS Manager, this role will support the day-to-day QMS requirements of the Quality team, ensuring compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
- Participate in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and/or presentations as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality team (including reviewing quality records for completeness and compliance, data entry, reconciliation, filing records, archiving, scanning, compiling, and organising Quality and associated Documentation)
- Ensure all electronic and manual filing system kept up to date.
- Be willing to take on all quality administration relevant tasks as required.
About you:
- Have a strong administration background – ideally with previous exposure to quality (or document control) and systems in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
- Degree in Life science, pharmacy, or relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of GMP and GDP is advantageous.
- IT literate (must have knowledge about Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be a good communicator who is able to liaise effectively with internal Quality Team members.
- Be able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly.
