Ingle Farm Medical Centre is looking for a, energetic and dedicated accounts officer to join our team across four clinics.
The successful candidate will have
- experience in using Pracsoft /Best Practice
- Cert III Business preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and chasing over due accounts
- Medical accounts processing skills including knowledge of Medicare, DVA and private health funds.
- Demonstrated ability in using clinical administration systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- A Flexible and motivated individual, with strong organisational skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of and an ability to provide excellent customer service in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external business stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven experience to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
The role will be Full Time with some option and flexibility to work across different sites or WFH.
The Medical Book Keeper will be reporting to the Practice Manager. The Book Keeper will be liaising with the ground and reception staff across four sites to collate information or allocate accounts to chase.
