About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Quality (Full-time).
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the Head of Quality will lead overall compliance of the business operations with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. The role has overall responsibility for:
- Leading change and initiatives associated with improvements to the quality system, processes, and product quality control.
- Implementation, facilitation, and monitoring of the Quality systems and functions of the business to relevant guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Effective management of the quality team’s performance across sites to achieve maximum output.
- Ensuring all products meet or exceed quality standards to ensure patient safety and continued customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and/or obtain information promptly to effectively register products domestically and internationally.
Competency Requirements
- At least 5 years senior management experience in a pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's of applied Science is preferred.
- Well versed in GMP regulations and Regulatory legislations.
- Previous experience in GMP cleanroom/aseptic environment within a healthcare organization, focusing on Quality Assurance.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail
- Highly developed organizational and business planning / modeling ability with formal methodology experience
- Possess good literacy, numeracy and report writing abilities.
- Competent computer skills; MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others/measure individual performance team productivity.
- Ability to keep the vision and business objectives.
- Willing to work flexible schedules to meet the requirements of the business.
- Able to succeed within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
