The Role
We are seeking friendly Casual Data Entry/Administration Clerks to join our team at IFMC. This position could offer between 10-20 hours per week for the right candidates. We are looking for applicants that can work within the practice hours of Monday – Friday 7.00am – 7:00pm with the opportunity of weekend shift coverage.
Working alongside our other medical receptionists, the successful applicants will:
- have experience with computers and Data Entry.
- demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with greater than 99% accuracy.
- display excellent verbal communication skills including a professional telephone manner.
- have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
- be comfortable taking responsibility for timely and thorough completion of their tasks.
- provide general administration duties as required.
- Display an understanding and adhere to privacy and confidentiality.
