The Role
We are seeking friendly Casual Data Entry/Administration Clerks to join our team at IFMC. This position could offer between 10-20 hours per week for the right candidates. We are looking for applicants that can work within the practice hours of Monday Friday 7.00am 7:00pm with the opportunity of weekend shift coverage.
Working alongside our other medical receptionists, the successful applicants will:
have experience with computers and Data Entry.
demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with greater than 99% accuracy.
display excellent verbal communication skills including a professional telephone manner.
have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
be comfortable taking responsibility for timely and thorough completion of their tasks.
provide general administration duties as required.
Display an understanding and adhere to privacy and confidentiality.
