Job Summary:
As an Optical Production Specialist, you'll ensure precise assembly and quality control of dental loupes and glasses. Collaborating closely with the production team, you'll maintain stringent criteria and craftsmanship crucial for meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble dental loupes and glasses following established manufacturing protocols and strict specifications.
• Thoroughly examine assembled products to confirm optical accuracy, durability, and flawless aesthetics through meticulous quality control checks.
• Proficiently manage essential repairs and adjustments to ensure that every product conforms to our quality standards
• Effectively manage a well-organized inventory of components and supervise the prompt procurement of necessary supplies.
• Maintain a well-organized inventory of components and supervise the timely procurement of essential supplies.
• Thoroughly test each product to ensure it meets standards for optical clarity, comfort, and ergonomic fit.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in optical assembly is advantageous).
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in the assembly process.
- Proficient use of assembly tools and equipment, with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies (training provided).
- Solid understanding of optical principles and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Computer literacy for precise documentation and efficient inventory management.
- Effective team player dedicated to maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
