About the Role
Due to growth of our business, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and vibrant person to join our Brisbane branch based in Beenleigh
Key Responsibilities:
- Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
- Perform patient set-up and education as per Supagas facility manuals and policies
- Organise set-up of the patient with the medical equipment as per prescription. This includes but is not limited to home oxygen.
- Provide an instruction program detailing the safe use and daily maintenance of the equipment and associated consumables. Issue the
relevant set-up information kit to the patient and provide details for them to seek additional assistance when required. Explain the
after-hour service, depending on the type of customer (SWEP, private etc) and the type of medical equipment they use. - Ensure that the patient and carer (if applicable) understand the safety requirements and operating instructions by guiding them
through the patient documentation. - Inform patient and carer (if applicable) of additional products or services they may be interested in (portable oxygen, mask
replacement, etc.) according to marketing programs and management instructions. - Ensure the tanker is pre-filled the day before with enough product to cover all daily deliveries
- Ensure daily documentation, including but not limited to all delivery docket and manifests, is completed fully and correctly, all counts
completed and checked, and all paperwork handed in every day. - Deliver all orders and milk runs on the allocated daily run.
- Other general duties as assigned and required.
Candidates must possess:
- Valid driver’s license - MR Licence, or willingness to obtain one
- Dangerous goods licence, or willingness to obtain one
- High School certificate
- Possess excellent customer service, including all communications, written and verbal skills.
- A keen desire to learn and develop personally and professionally
- Basic computer skills to send and receive emails. Scan and print paperwork etc.
- Prior experience in a medical setting desirable.
- Flexible work outlook. Changing hours regularly required.
