Busy GP & Allied Health surgeries in the southern suburbs with 2 locations (Sheidow Park & Christies Beach) is looking for 2 Medical Receptionists for approximately 25 - 30 hours each per week to start with.
Selection criteria:
Must have experience in medical administration - preferably GP rooms or specialist rooms
Preferably experienced in Best Practice software, however a working understanding of any other general practice software would be acceptable.
Hours range from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday. You will need to be available for any shift during these hours, at either location and the successful applicants must be able to help cover holidays and sick leave. Ability & flexibility to work across both locations is a requirement of this role.
You will have a professional phone & face to face manner, be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment & enjoy a busy clinic where no two days are the same. We are looking for a hard working individual with a positive attitude to join our healthcare team.
