Albany Toyota is seeking an individual who is keen to pursue a career as a Service Advisor in our Service Department.

The main focus of a Service Advisor is to act as the principal contact between the dealership and our guest, for repair and maintenance on their vehicles.
It is essential that the applicant possesses exceptional customer service skills and an ability to build strong internal working relationships. This role requires the ability to listen and understand guest concerns and be able to effectively communicate these issues to the workshop team.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate: -

- Ability to manage time effectively and multi task where required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent Attention to Detail
The following skills would be considered highly desirable: -
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Technical knowledge in the automotive field
