Form of workWe are a private specialist practice located in West Leederville and seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position will primarily manage the day to day workflow of the front desk, ensuring the smooth operation of patient clinics and support our Practice Secretary.
Our practice is centrally located (close to Subiaco & West Leederville train stations) and a lovely environment to work in.
This position is casual (3 days per week) - ongoing.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Managing all incoming telephone calls, emails and general patient enquiries
- Meet and greet of patients visiting the practice
- Managing all patient bookings and ensuring the smooth day to day running of patient clinics
- Data entry of patient information into Gentu software
- General administration duties.
To ensure your success you will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role (ideally in a private specialist practice)
- A warm, friendly and engaging personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- High attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Health Funds
- Computer literacy essential, ideally experience with Gentu software or other medical software
Hours:
- Up to 20 hours per week
- 9.30am - 3.30pm Mon / Tues & Thurs (flexible)
Hourly Rate:
Commensurate with experience
