Booragoon Eye Clinic is a new Ophthalmology practice led by an eye surgeon who has been in the area for almost a decade. We have a strong culture of looking after our own staff and our patients. You will be required to work diligently and proactively. Qualifications & experience
- At least 2 years Medical Receptionist experience (prior Xestro experience will be extremely favourable).
- Must be able to work as a team
- Full time (4 - 5 days per week) Monday to Friday.
- Friendly, courteous and teachable
- Able to multitask and be flexible
Tasks & responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Communicating to patients about their next appointment
- Processing payments
- Booking appointments
- Working in a team in a friendly and busy Ophthalmology practice
