About the Position
Our Hyde and Partners Medical Centre is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join a great supportive team in a Casual role. This role is perfect for someone who has excellent communication skills, is able to multi-task, and is comfortable working in a busy environment.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional patient service at all times
- Participate in practice meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
- Efficiently manage patient data, and appointments and follow procedures
- Provide a seamless service to patients whilst ensuring clinic operations, and Doctor workload is effectively managed at all times
- Process patient's billings/receipts
- Assist Doctors with day-to-day administrative support and take an active part in working closely with other team members to manage daily tasks.
- Function in a highly organised and time-efficient manner at all times.
- Attend housekeeping in the Clinic and prepare morning/afternoon teas for our Doctors

- Previous Medical Reception experience would be an advantage however not essential
- Enthusiasm, willingness, and ability to learn and retain information
