About the role:
In this position you will be the link between the medical services we provide and the patients that we look after. You will be part of our practice team which is dedicated to providing the best care and service to our patients. Applicants looking for full-time or part-time hours can both apply.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with our patients and helping them access the services they require.
- Performing a range of administrative duties and assisting our medical providers.
- Helping your team run the day-to-day tasks of our practice.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have effective communication skills when interacting with our patients.
- Be enthusiastic about working in a team environment and be professional.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Be reliable and flexible with hours of work – shifts range between our opening times of 7.30am and 8.30pm on weekdays.
- Take initiative in performing daily duties.
- Be comfortable with change and committed to improvement.
- Be confident in using computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and our Medical Software.
Having experience in Medical Reception and Zedmed is an advantage but is not essential. School-leavers and those without medical reception experience can apply.
