About the Role
Locations: We currently have multiple opportunities at one or more of the following locations: Ashford Specialist Centre, City West, North Adelaide
Relievers: As a reliever, you will cover multiple clinic locations in our Central Region – Ashford, City West, North Adelaide (Melbourne Street)
Training: Our dedicated and supportive training team will ensure you have the best start to your career at Benson Radiology. Your first 5 weeks will be spent in a classroom environment at our training centres at Hampstead Gardens or North Adelaide before moving to your home clinic/s.
Our next training intake will commence on 8 July 2024. To be successful, you must be available to start on this date.
Hours of work: Our clinic opening hours vary based on location, mostly 8:30am-5pm. Some clinics are open longer hours 7:00am-9pm, so your rostered hours may change depending on where you are based. Shift allowances are available where applicable.
As the first point of contact for our patients, referrers, and other stakeholders, you will:
- Greet and register patients in-clinic.
- Create patient bookings through multiple channels, including inbound and outbound calls, in person and online enquiries.
- Quote and receive gap payments from patients.
- Prepare and finalise billing, including Medicare, private and third-party payments.
- Answer general enquiries from referring medical professionals.
- Prepare imaging results for patients and general office and administrative duties.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll thrive in busy team, adapt to changes quickly and deliver outstanding customer service to our patients.
A love of learning, exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills will be key to your success. Prior experience in a customer focused administrative role will be ideal but not essential.
A Working with Children Clearance and National Police Clearance will be required.
