Anexciting opportunity exists for experienced Medical Receptionists to join our welcoming and supportive team at Carina Medical and Specialist Centre.
Having recently been acknowledged as the best Medical Centre in Brisbane, our facility offers a comprehensive range of GP and Allied Health services all in one convenient location. As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to support both Allied Health and GP services on a rotational basis, allowing you to expand your skillset or further develop your expertise in either field.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service is crucial to our success.
To qualify for this position, a minimum of one year experience working in a GP or Allied health clinic is required, with proficiency in medical-specific software. Best Practice experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach are essential, along with excellent organisational skills and effective time management.
Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting patients and callers, assisting doctors and nurses, scheduling appointments, managing patient payments, handling inquiries, data entry, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding patient confidentiality.
