Permanent Fulltime Medical Receptionist position available at our Medical Centre in Midland.
Our state-of-the-art medical Centre is located one of the most innovate and dynamic, growing health precincts in the Southern Hemisphere.
This is a 5 day a week Fulltime position. The successful candidate should be flexible to work a variety of shifts between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. At times you may be required to work weekends to cover leave.
If you are both a dynamic and experienced administrator or are currently working as a Medical Receptionist and looking for a challenge, then this position is for you.
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills & attributes:
- MUST have at least 6 months experience in a GP Practice or a strong administration background
- Preferred Best Practice Knowledge or any other medical software an advantage.
- Experience in working on a front reception and a busy telephone switchboard.
- Handling of patient enquiries and completing following up
- Knowledge of Medicare accounts and billing
- Prepare and finalize banking.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Well-developed communication skills
- A mature approach to handling confidential & sensitive information.
