Qualifications & experience
- Certificate in Business Administration Knowledge of medical terminology advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven customer service skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of computer and word processing skills.
- Integrity and maintains patient confidentiality.
- Ability to problem solve and demonstrate time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member. Knowledge of work safe practices.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Book appointments and maintains the electronic diary. Prepares and maintains patient records.
- Handle cash, generate invoices, billing and accounts processing. Typing medical reports from audio transcription.
- Sterilising and reprocessing reusable medical instrumenrts.
