Casual Medical Receptionist

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalised care to our patients. As a specialised GP clinic, we focus on dizziness disorders and offer a unique and specialised approach to patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Managing patient records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assisting doctors and allied health clinicians with administrative tasks as required
- Handling billing and processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist.
- Experience with Best Practice medical software is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is an advantage
