Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Provide strong leadership to the gym team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set, achieve and encourage performance targets. Organise and coordinate ‘team bonding activities. Recruit, develop and train team in all aspects of their role.
Member Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance member experience and satisfaction. Create engaging fitness programs/challenges and events. Coordinate all fitness challenges and continually provide new ideas to develop the centre into the highest performing facility in the area.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Manage equipment inventory and coordinate maintenance. Ensure all team members are productive, by monitoring established KPI’s and supporting where necessary,
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote gym services and attract new members. Implement creative initiatives to boost membership and retention. Support and encourage the use of all social media platforms.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage budgets, revenue, and expenses. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Work closely with the accounts team to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the business.
Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members, staff, and stakeholders.
