Form of workWe are in search of an experienced, enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our friendly, privately owned GP & Specialist practice in Bibra Lake. Great friendly team, 4 GPs, including Psychologist and & practice nurse, busy environment.
Experience in Best Practice. Excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly manner. Casual position with personal leave cover and annual leave cover where required.
Essential:
At least one year experience using Best Practice software
Previous experience in a general practice environment
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism & confidentiality
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
Strong attention to detail & ability to multi-task
Willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
Position Description: To organise appointments, maintain records and perform medical and other tasks in order to ensure a smooth and efficiently functioning practice that provides an exceptional standard of care to our patients. All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the practice’s policies and procedures.
