SalaryThe Child Wellbeing Centre is a private practice of psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and behaviour therapists. We work with children aged between 2 and 17 years of age.
We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Medical Receptionist to work across our Midland and Bayswater offices. You must be able to work from 8.45am to 5.15pm (Monday to Friday).
The successful applicant must have previous experience working in a front desk environment and preferably in the medical or allied health industry.
Daily duties will include, but not limited to:
- Answering/making phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Making appointments for consultants
- Invoicing and receipting payments
- Following up emails and voicemails
- Liaising with consultants and other staff members
- Other duties as required
The successful applicant should:
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work within a team environment and also autonomously
- Be able to prioritize and organise
- Be reliable and flexible
- Available for an immediate start
These is a permanent full-time position.
